1. Move naturally
2. Right outlook (downshift & purpose now)
3. Eat wisely (wine @5, plant slant, 80% rule)
4. Connect (loved ones first, belong, right tribe)

It was interesting that there was no consistent exercise plan - just more manual activities - walking places, using stairs, making cookies by hand instead of driving, using machines, etc. Constant physical activity is the name of the game. Same with food - no consistent diet other than more veggies in their diet and not eating until stuffed. Some other interesting tidbits:

-Only 1 out of 5000 Americans live to be 100 years old; some communities have 5-10x as many Centurions as we do
-Isolation kills; strong family/social network enlivens
-Having a reason to wake up in the morning, aka "eekie guy" (Japanese spelling?) = extra years
-Plant-based diet with lots of brightly-colored veggies = win
